This is the Kikiorangi (Blue) reading group. We are making our first blog entry ever!
We are feeling happy, excited and a bit crazy about the fact the anyone in the world can read our writing. We think it's great that people will know what we are up to and our families who live in other parts of the world can see what we are doing too!
We are going to let everyone see our wonderful writing, some pictures we have done on Kid Pix and all about our class and some of the things we do!

I used to teach with Miss Little when she lived in Auckland.
This year I am a librarian at the National Library of New Zealand - that's where some of your lovely library books some from.
Maybe get Miss Little to read you one of my favourite New Zealand stories 'Papa's Donuts' by Kate Moetana.
It's a story about a little girl who used to live in Wellington. Ask Miss Little to help you find Wellington on a map.
